We’re hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Maiden, Sherrill's Ford, and Denver ! In this rewarding role, you’ll work one-on-one in home and community settings, serving as a trusted companion and mentor to Children, Teens and Adults with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities—helping them live fuller, more independent lives. How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Empowering independence
- Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
- Provide clients with transportation on errands, appointments and community outings
- Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
- Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
- Participate in community integration activities
Compensation & Schedule:
- Pay Rate: $15/hr
- Weekly pay
- Flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts)
- Short commute times (we try to match opportunities within 30 minutes near your home)

Qualifications for Our Direct Support Professionals (DSP):
- One or more years of experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (If you do not have this experience, training may be available through our apprentice program)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. While we will complete education verification as part of the hiring process, providing a copy of your diploma, GED certificate, or certified/sealed transcripts can help prevent delays if records are difficult to obtain.
- 18 years of age or older
