We are currently hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals in Benson and Wake County!
What You'll Do
✔ Help individuals participate in community activities and social events ✔ Provide encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship ✔ Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming ✔ Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community outings ✔ Empower individuals to reach their goals and live as independently as possible
Pay & Schedule
- $16 per hour

Qualifications for Our Direct Support Professionals (DSP):
- One or more years of experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (If you do not have this experience, training may be available through our apprentice program)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. While we will complete education verification as part of the hiring process, providing a copy of your diploma, GED certificate, or certified/sealed transcripts can help prevent delays if records are difficult to obtain.
- 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to appointments and activities
- Experience as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), Behavioral Technician (BT), Paraprofessional or Teacher/ Teaching Assistant highly preferred but not required
