Our Fayetteville Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care- delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability .
Meet Our Clients:
We’re hiring caring and compassionate nurses to support a pediatric trach/vent client in Raeford, NC. Both day and overnight opportunities are available, with flexible options to fit your schedule.
Schedule:
- Day shifts: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Overnight shifts: Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Full-time and part-time options available
- Flexible scheduling: Let us know which days or nights work best for you!
Pay:
- Starting pay: $31-33 per hour (client-specific)
- $250 Bonus (Eligibility requirements apply)

What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits?
- Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s)
- Hands-on care with only one client per day
- Building client relationships and watching their milestones
What your day looks like at BAYADA:
- Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

Qualifications for a private duty RN:
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state of North Carolina
- One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse
