Job Description Job Summary The Business Performance Manager is responsible for managing complex technology projects, programs, and priority initiatives. The role provides leadership in project controls, financial management, schedule governance, risk management, and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities Cost Management & Financial Controls
• Lead budget development, forecasting, and financial tracking activities.

- Strong expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP, Power BI, Anaplan, and advanced Excel.

- Experience supporting large-scale capital projects.
- Pharmaceutical, biotech, engineering, or manufacturing industry experience.
