Brown & Brown is looking for a Front End Adjuster to join our growing team in Dallas, TX!
How You Will Contribute: The Claims Adjustor is responsible for evaluating claims from start to finish using exceptional customer service qualities.
- Handles claims from initial contact through to conclusion.
- Thoroughly investigates claims and verifies eligibility
- Responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships seeking to enhance organizational skills.
- Manages a high call volume with exception communication and customer service skills
- Successfully works independently and in a team atmosphere.
- Skillfully adapts and uses critical thinking and problem-solving issues.
Skills & Experience to Be Successful: Required
• Minimum 1-2 years of call/contact center experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of call/contact center experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry standard web applications
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Minimum of 3-5 years claim handling experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years claim handling experience
- Bilingual is a plus, not required
- Service Advisor or Service Drive experience a plus
- Basic mechanical knowledge of automotive systems.
