POSITION SUMMARY: The Lamination Tech r emoves all air from wet glass using a brush and/ or roller. Applies layers of wet glass in many different applications. Installs different parts prior to glass work.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Performs p attern cutting and rolling fiberglass .
- Proper ly use s resin and putty .
- Install s boxes, foam tanks and stringers
- Grinds out small imperfections
- Performs g eneral housekeeping .
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
- A bility to work with a team
- Able to use drills and hand sander
- Able to follow instructions
