RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with event setups, changeovers and operational tasks as directed by the manager or supervisor
- Assist with event setups, changeovers and operational tasks as directed by the manager or supervisor
- Move tables, chairs, risers, bleachers, staging and other furniture between event spaces and storage as directed
- Installation and removal of floor coverings, pipe & drape, bike rack, etc.
- Painting as needed
- Snow removal
- Physical work/heavy lifting is common and required
- Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur
- All other duties/responsibilities as assigned
- This part-time position offers flexible, on-call shifts based on event schedules and operational needs
WORKING CONDITIONS: Activities occur both inside and outside. Some activities occur in temperatures below 32 for more than one-hour periods. Irregular hours dictated by events.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
- High school diploma / GED preferred
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs overhead, and push/pull a minimum of 50 lbs. Bend, squat and work in awkward positions
