 Job Description Responsibilities:
- Regular Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.
- Maintenance Tasks: Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and
- electrical repairs.
- Repairs: Conduct minor and major repairs on building structures and systems, including plumbing,
- electrical, controls, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance to avoid potential breakdowns and
- malfunctions.
- Equipment Management: Install and set up new equipment, machinery, and maintain an inventory of
- repair equipment and supplies.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
- Documentation: Document all installation, repair, and maintenance activities.
Minimum Requirement:
- High School Diploma or GED
