Summary Job Description: Join Our Skilled Surgical Team! At Baptist Health Louisville, we provide a full scope of surgical services (excluding organ transplants) across multiple specialties, including general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, urology, neurosurgery, cardiovascular, plastics, ENT, ophthalmology, and thoracic. We are seeking a dedicated Circulating Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team, providing high-tech, patient-focused care in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the nursing process for patients across all age groups (infant to geriatric)
- Ensure patient safety by following all safety policies and procedures
- Assess physiological responses to surgery and manage patient care accordingly
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure the best possible outcomes for each patient
- Contribute to the department’s success by taking personal responsibility and accountability in your role

Requirements:
- Active Kentucky RN License
- BCLS certification required within 90 days of hire
