The Kitchen Support role contributes to the overall daily kitchen operations. This role is a vital part of the kitchen team. They will play a key part in stewarding, stocking and organization to ensure efficiency.
Kitchen Support Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma
- Years of Related Experience: 1 year in professional food service operation
- Licenses/Certifications: Must be able to obtain ServSafe certification within the first 90 days.

- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented

- General knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment
Kitchen Support Duties:
- Kitchen Operations Maintenance
- Responsible for ware-washing, assist with kitchen production and meals. Ensures all wares are polished and stored to meet our high standards.
- Consolidation and rotation of prepared food items daily
- Performs stewarding tasks such as receiving, stocking, and tracking inventory to meet established food safety standards
- Roll silverware, fold napkins, bus tables
- Ensures daily and weekly cleaning schedules are met
- Monitor and report equipment maintenance issues
- Food Prep
- Assist Chefs with food prep tasks as assigned
- Setup buffets, beverage service and snack stations, restocking and refreshing stations as needed
