💰 Pay & Schedule
- Pay: Up to $35/hour
- Paid Training: $20/hour
- Charter/Activity Trips: $27/hour
- Schedule: Split shift (AM/PM), 30+ hours per week
- Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays
- Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours

🚌 What You’ll Do
- Must be willing to service a route at any location within driving distance of home location.
- Safely transport students to and from school and events
- Drive assigned local routes
- Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections
- Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
- Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements
- CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements
- Valid DOT medical card—or able to obtain one
- Safe driving record
- Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
- Ability to pass background check & drug screening
- Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)
- Bonus eligibility: must be fully licensed/credentialed MA school bus driver, cannot have worked for Beacon Mobility in the past 12 months
