Location: Burnsville, MN (Onsite) Pay: $27.00 per hour

Available Shift:
- Tuesday - Thursday: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Friday - Saturday: 2:30 PM - 12:00 AM
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and dispatch transportation services efficiently and effectively
- Monitor and adjust routes to maximize performance and service quality
- Communicate with drivers throughout their shifts to ensure operational success
- Act as the primary point of contact for driver support and assistance
- Resolve customer service concerns and operational issues in a professional manner
- Manage critical incidents, service disruptions, and real-time operational challenges
- Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including: On-time performance Appointment adherence Passenger onboard time Route efficiency
- Collaborate with supervisors and operational leaders to ensure service goals are met
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to daily operations
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dispatching software
- Ability to multitask and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional during service disruptions or emergencies
- Transportation, dispatching, logistics, or customer service experience preferred
- Commitment to providing safe, reliable, and caring service
