The Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, and overall appearance of the corporate office building. This role ensures a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors by performing routine cleaning and light maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust offices, hallways, and public spaces.
- Empty and dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with building policies.
- Replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, and restroom products.
- Clean windows, glass doors, and other surfaces as needed.
- Respond promptly to cleaning and maintenance requests from staff or management.
- Ensure floors, entryways, and high-traffic areas are kept safe.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience in an office or commercial building setting preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
Work Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday 2:30p-11p
