Associate - Process Manager

The Records Champion partners with CCB JPWMW's business and functional teams to strengthen records and information management practices, ensuring business is provided with support for record's management practices retention, and disposition of in line with firm requirements. This role serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day requirements with exception resolution for unstructured data and records questions. Helps embed compliant behaviors into processes and tools, and drives adoption of controls that reduce regulatory, legal, and operational risk. The role will also provide support for JPMWM supplemental controls, partnering with stakeholders to coordinate implementation, monitoring, issue management, and evidence needed for ongoing control effectiveness.
