The Power Generation Manager leads the strategy, reliability, maintenance, and operational readiness of backup power generation systems supporting mission-critical data center infrastructure. This role is the organization’s reciprocating-engine and generator subject matter expert, responsible for ensuring resilient, safe, and compliant operation of emergency power systems across the fleet.
