About the job
In this role, you will consult with clients on technical architecture decisions, and guide clients through interdependencies and decision impacts. You will provide solution oversight and expertise to stakeholders. You will develop and lead deployment strategies for our solutions and provide clients with deployment recommendations. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify and propose enhancements to our solutions. You will perform complex technical troubleshooting and issue resolution and escalate as appropriate.
