Senior Project Manager - GBS Migration & Transition

Job Description Join the team behind iconic brands like Huggies®, Kleenex®, Cottonelle®, Scott®, Kotex®, Poise®, Depend®, and Kimberly-Clark Professional®. At Kimberly-Clark, it’s all here for you: innovation, growth, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

You’re not the person who will settle for just any role. Neither are we. Because we’re out to create Better Care for a Better World, and that takes a certain kind of person and teams who care about making a difference. In this role, you’ll lead global transformation initiatives that improve how we work and deliver sustainable business outcomes. It starts with YOU.

About You You are an experienced project and change leader who can translate strategic objectives into practical solutions. You bring strong dual capability across project delivery and change management, with the confidence to lead complex global initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and drive adoption. You will partner with the PMO, Global Process Owners, and cross-functional teams to lead end-to-end delivery, manage execution complexity, and embed sustainable business process change.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end non IT business migration, or transition initiatives, ensuring minimal operational disruption and effective stakeholder management.
  • Lead medium to high complexity global projects and transformation workstreams from initiation through closure.
  • Develop solution designs, project scopes, implementation plans, and delivery approaches.
  • Manage scope, timelines, cost, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and governance.
  • Develop and execute integrated change plans covering communication, training, engagement, readiness, and adoption.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and Global Process Owners to enable timely decisions and alignment.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, workshops, and executive status reviews.
  • Track project outcomes, adoption measures, benefits, and sustainability.
  • Identify opportunities for process standardization, optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Coach project managers, analysts, and stakeholders on project and change management practices.
  • Ensure project artifacts meet established PMO methodologies and quality standards.

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need the Following Qualifications:

  • PMP, bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of project and change management experience in complex, global environments.
  • Proven experience leading medium to high complexity transformation initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-country and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong capability in project planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience leading change, readiness, communication, training, and adoption activities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
  • Fluent English required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agile, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience working with Global Process Owners, PMOs, or within a GBS environment.
  • Experience leading business process standardization, optimization, or automation initiatives.
  • Experience coaching project managers, analysts, or cross-functional delivery teams.

Led by Purpose. Driven by You.
