As a Sr. Process Engineer at Honeywell, you will lead the deployment of a world-class operating system across our global PT-Sundyne manufacturing network. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, manufacturing standardization, productivity improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost performance across multiple sites. You will serve as a key change agent, partnering with site leadership teams to identify and eliminate waste, optimize value streams, strengthen management systems, and accelerate sustainable business results. Through the application of Lean, Six Sigma, and Honeywell operational excellence principles, you will help build a culture of accountability, problem solving, and continuous improvement across Sundyne operations. You will report directly to the Senior Director, ISC Operations and will be based in Arvada, Colorado, operating on a hybrid work schedule.
