The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the Human Resources function. This position serves as a primary point of contact for employees, leaders, applicants, and visitors while supporting recruiting, onboarding, attendance administration, HR data management, reporting, and day-to-day HR operations. The HR Coordinator manages a high volume of phone calls, emails, walk-in employee inquiries, and data entry activities while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and exceptional customer service.
