The Salesforce Data Cloud Hygiene Lead is a senior data governance and data quality leadership role responsible for driving data compliance, integrity, privacy, retention, masking, security, and quality across Emerson's enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. This role establishes the standards and operating practices that allow Emerson to trust Salesforce data for commercial execution, reporting, integration, AI readiness, and cross-Business Group alignment.
This role defines data hygiene strategies for Salesforce and Salesforce Data Cloud, including data streams, identity resolution, segmentation readiness, quality rules, deduplication logic, retention policies, and monitoring metrics. The role partners with Data Stewards, Integration leads, Architecture, Security, Compliance, Business Group data owners, and implementation teams to ensure enterprise data needs are consistently understood, governed, and improved.
