Job Summary: The Business Analyst works with stakeholders to understand business needs, improve processes, and deliver technology solutions that create business value. Acting as the link between business users and technical teams, the role supports the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, implementation, and continuous improvement. The role combines business analysis, process improvement, solution delivery, and project management skills to improve operational efficiency, support digital transformation, and enhance customer and employee experiences.
