Emerson, a global leader in custom-designed control valves, is seeking a highly motivated Welding & Fabrication Manager to join our Marshalltown, Iowa team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing welding, hardfacing, heat treatment, and fabrication operations while driving excellence in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance.
As a Welding & Fabrication Manager, you will lead a team of skilled employees and technical resources to ensure welding-related manufacturing processes meet business objectives, customer requirements, and industry standards. You will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to continuously improve manufacturing performance, implement new technologies, develop employee capabilities, and support a world-class manufacturing environment.
