Operations Director

In this role, you will serve as the senior site leader for Branson facility in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico just over the border from Laredo, Texas, providing strategic and operational leadership across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Materials, Finance, Human Resources, Customer Service, Repair Operations, Purchasing, Production Planning, and Continuous Improvement. With full accountability for site performance and operational profit and loss results, you will drive business growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and organizational capability while ensuring a safe, efficient, and competitive manufacturing operation. Working closely with regional leadership and global functional teams, you will play a critical role in executing Branson's manufacturing strategy and delivering long-term business success
