The Director, Global Product Management is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and executing Branson's global product vision across its full portfolio of ultrasonic, vibration welding, and related advanced joining and precision cleaning technologies. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Business Unit, this leader owns the entire product lifecycle, from market insight and portfolio strategy through new product development, pricing, launch, and end-of-life management. The role requires deep integration across Sales, Engineering, Marketing Communications, Operations, and regional stakeholders in the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific to build a differentiated, profitable, and globally competitive product offering. The Director also serves as a key driver of Branson's innovation agenda and Emerson's broader growth strategy.
