Following a comprehensive property-wide renovation, The Diplomat enters an exciting new chapter as the Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort. We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the team at Solara, one of the resort's premier dining venues. Located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, the resort features 1,000 guest rooms and suites, more than 200,000 square feet of meeting and event space, multiple oceanfront ballrooms, and six dynamic food and beverage outlets.
