The Senior Manager – Global Integrated Facilities Management is responsible for developing, implementing, and governing Vertiv's global Facilities Management operating model across its worldwide portfolio of manufacturing, engineering and R&D, warehouse, and office facilities.
This position serves as the global Facilities Management center of excellence and establishes the standards, processes, technology, supplier strategies, performance measures, and governance framework required to deliver consistent, reliable, and cost-effective facility services across the enterprise.
The Senior Manager partners closely with Regional Real Estate & Facilities leaders, Procurement, Finance, EHS, Physical Security, IT, Capital Projects, Operations, and other business stakeholders to improve asset reliability, service quality, operating-cost transparency, technology adoption, supplier performance, and facility resilience.
