Manager, Americas Productivity and Cost Engineering drives productivity, cost reduction, and operational efficiency across Americas manufacturing plants and major operations projects. This role owns the regional productivity pipeline and benefit realization process, ensuring plant initiatives translate into verified cost savings, capacity improvements, and measurable business results. Working closely with operations, finance, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, quality, safety, planning, and project teams, the position provides leadership visibility into performance, risks, and key decisions. Responsibilities include establishing standards, identifying improvement opportunities, validating financial benefits, tracking execution, and improving labor efficiency, conversion costs, capacity utilization, and project returns. Time allocation: 60% productivity governance and benefit realization, 25% targeted site intervention, and 15% capability building and standardization
