The Manufacturing Engineering Technician supports manufacturing operations across the Williamston facilities by driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency. Working closely with Production, Quality, Safety, Maintenance, Design Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering teams, this role identifies and implements process improvements that support operational and business objectives.
