Coating Production Supervisor

The Coatings Supervisor oversees the coatings department within Vertiv Fabrication Structures/Modular construction operations. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for all aspects of coating application, inspection, materials management, quality assurance, and team training. The Coatings Supervisor ensures that all coating work is executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project requirements and production schedules.

You will be responsible for the unit management of all aspects of up to 60+ personnel under the general supervision of the Production Manager. It will be your responsibility to manage, improve performance and motivate staff at your disposal efficiently to achieve the various objectives and goals of the business. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a good understanding of operational performance metrics (KPIs) and analysis, and some experience in commercial awareness are required.
