The BMS/Controls Engineer designs Facility/Building Management Systems (FMS/BMS) and data center controls for lighting, switchgear, generators, MV/LV distribution, UPS systems, batteries, access control, and CCTV, with a focus on Power Modules, IT Modules, and Data Centers. The engineer designs to customer requirements and supports all Controls‑related inquiries and business development. Responsibilities include creating Controls configurations for Data Centers, Central Offices, Switching Centers, and similar sites, and working with the integration facility to develop detailed FMS/BMS drawing packages. The role includes preparing riser diagrams, I/O tables, software parameters, Sequences of Operations, and coordinating testing with Electrical, Architectural, and Mechanical teams, including participation in FAT, SAT, and commissioning.
