About the job
- IS Technical Production Coordinator.
- Supports the Project Management Team with technical input regarding resolution of Production changes or Issues.
- Evaluate escalations from the customer and Project Management team that require technical knowledge of the project.
- Provide assistance to Project Management team to determine the identify proper parts as required.
- Document Parts requests from the Project Management team.
- Source parts accurately as required and help coordinate proper dispatch of parts to correct location.
- Understand and accurately review and retrieve the latest revision of the project drawings to verify Parts requests.
- Coordinate and verify information with the Engineering Team.
- Coordinate multiple parts orders at once with numerous suppliers and the assigned buyer.
- Ensure accuracy in maintaining records such as quantities and timely updates.
- Ability to update and report out on a regular cadence.
