Vertiv is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to support the development of next-generation Static Transfer Switch (STS) and Power Distribution Unit (PDU) products used in mission-critical power and data center applications. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving complex design challenges, collaborating across functions, and driving products from concept through production. You will use 3D CAD and PLM tools to develop innovative, manufacturable designs while partnering with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and testing teams. The position offers exposure to new product development, product enhancements, prototype validation, and advanced power infrastructure technologies. Based onsite in Delaware, Ohio, this role provides hands-on involvement throughout the product development lifecycle and the opportunity to make a visible impact on products supporting global customers.
