POSITION SUMMARY
The Shift Workforce Coordinator provides frontline administrative and workforce support to employees and supervisors within a 24/7 manufacturing operation. Embedded within Operations and reporting to the HR Manager, this position serves as a key resource for employee support, attendance administration, staffing coordination, workforce communications, and timekeeping activities. The role exists to help employees access the information and resources they need, support supervisors with workforce-related administrative processes, and ensure timely coordination with Human Resources and other support functions to maintain efficient plant operations.
