As an Operations Manager, you will oversee one of our strategic operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead and develop a team of approximately 70 employees while maintaining a strong focus on productivity, customer delivery, cost control, and continuous improvement.
Working closely with the management, you will play a key role in planning production activities, driving operational improvements, and promoting a strong safety culture throughout the facility.
Success in this role requires building engaged, high-performing teams, making sound operational decisions, and consistently meeting customer commitments.
