Inspection Operator Lead

This role provides leadership and direction to department personnel while maintaining compliance with safety and quality requirements. The Lead Operator coordinates workflow, assigns work, verifies inspection documentation, maintains production records, and communicates operational or quality concerns to management. Additional responsibilities include supporting employee training, assisting with equipment troubleshooting, and making sound operational decisions that keep the department safe, productive, and efficient in the supervisor's absence.
