Supports daily crating and shipping operations by preparing, labeling, weighing, and documenting orders for dispatch, ensuring international crates meet IPPC standards, and maintaining a clean, safe, well-stocked work area. Works with other departments to resolve material or shipment issues, assists with warehouse duties, and helps train and mentor team members. Must operate equipment safely, follow company policies, and work additional hours when needed.
