We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Odessa, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a range of daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping goods, while effectively utilizing our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to maintain accurate inventory records.
Our operations are driven by advanced inventory management practices, including License Plate Number (LPN) tracking and First-In, First-Out (FIFO) methodologies. These systems support precise inventory control and timely order fulfillment, enabling us to significantly reduce non-compliant inventory caused by aging stock, obsolescence, or expired materials. This approach ensures our products remain current and in optimal condition, ultimately contributing to enhanced customer satisfaction.
