The Manager of Site Merchandising serves as a champion of the customer site experience and is responsible for driving online business initiatives and visual merchandising strategies that increase website revenue, conversion, engagement, and product discovery for the West Elm Kids businesses. This role uses data, customer behavior, and cross-functional input to identify opportunities, reduce friction, and continuously improve the digital experience.
