District Sales Manager (DSM) is the face of Resideo to Security Dealers and Distributors within an assigned geographical territory. This role is accountable for driving demand and accelerating growth for Honeywell Home / First Alert / Resideo products by uncovering new opportunities, influencing product adoption and securing large-scale contractor conversions. The DSM builds strong, lasting relationships by maintaining consistent engagement, setting clear expectations, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction with our value-added solutions.
