Pressroom Lead- Backup Litho Printing Operator (K&B & KBA Presses)

The Lithographic Offset Pressroom Department Lead is responsible for leading pressroom operations while maintaining strict adherence to all Safety policies, PPE protocols, and environmental standards. This role drives a strong “Safety First” culture and ensures compliance across all pressroom activities. This position coordinates operations across Prepress, Sheeters, Press, and Stackdown to achieve production efficiency, quality standards, and schedule adherence. The Department Lead is also responsible for communication, training, and continuous improvement initiatives across the pressroom. In addition to leadership responsibilities, the role serves as a backup Press Operator, operating the lithographic press as needed to support production and coverage requirements. In the event of a Safety incident, this position is responsible for initiating response procedures, completing required documentation, and coordinating with site leadership and support functions.
