Description Summary: The Space Management and Planning Analyst creates space planning design and cost-effective solutions for colleagues in support of office relocations, space consolidations, space reconfigurations, new construction and renovations, that align with corporate real estate strategies and workplace standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interface with leadership and internal construction management to create project budget.
- Dynamically and graphically report on drawing-sourced space data, including building and department areas, usable square footage, inventory of space types, occupancy rates and vacancies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of related experience or 10+ years of related experience will be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong budgeting/accounting experience and knowledge of industry -Best Practices
- Experience in developing, managing and measuring performance standards, as well as, possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Superior interpersonal skills are required to interact with internal customers and partners at all levels within the Bank
- Excellent written and verbal communication, excellent computer skills, good analytical and reasoning, data analysis, detail oriented and ability to work with narrow deadlines
