Department Profile: Morgan Stanley is a worldwide leader in investment banking and is one of the top firms in mergers and acquisitions, underwriting of equity and equity-related transactions, corporate debt issuance, and high-yield debt financing. With professionals in 30 countries, we are consistently recognized for our performance in both traditional and innovative financing techniques, helping a wide range of clients around the world to make and execute decisions about their business strategy and financial structure. We are looking for an Investment Banking / Global Capital Markets professional to join our Global Centers in Mumbai. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing deal execution support, preparing marketing materials including pitchbooks, conducting research and analytics, and providing internal process support to coverage and product teams across Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets and Mergers and Acquisitions globally. You will receive variety of trainings covering financial analysis, business presentations, and practical skills. At the end of training, you will be able to understand financial concepts and have a strong understanding of the Morgan Stanley culture. In this role, you will gain exposure to financial markets and macro trends, build knowledge of banking and capital markets sectors and products, and work with bankers in core locations. High performers will be eligible for internal mobility opportunities globally.
