Job Description NextShinning is seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Trainee to join our team in Birmingham, Alabama. This role is designed for individuals who are interested in developing their leadership, communication, business, and team management skills through practical experience and structured training. As a Leadership Development Trainee, you will work closely with experienced team leaders, participate in daily business operations, support team performance, and gradually take on additional leadership responsibilities as your skills develop.
