Shaw Industries is hiring a dynamic and self-motivated Process Engineer to provide technical assistance to the team supervisors, associates, and internal customers on a daily basis on the Finishing line at Shaw Plant 4.

Responsibilities:
- Managing capital projects
- Drive TPM initiatives and cost improvements
- Investigate off-quality situations
- Monitor and analyzing departmental performance through reports, feedback, and observations.
- Responsible for setting schedules, inventory, daily production, and driving trials on the coating line.
Requirements:
- 4-year degree required; Engineering degree preferred
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous manufacturing experience (preferred)
