Analyst- Pricing and Promotions
This individual will lead all tactical pricing projects and processes to ensure enterprise pricing strategies and objectives are met. This individual will be most successful by having an aptitude to build strong cross-functional relationships, very strong process & project management skills and, also, enjoy being meticulous. Manage strategic pricing initiatives from start to finish. Including:
- Execute all Pricing Strategies across banners & channels to achieve performance KPIs and connected commerce goals. These include POS pricing uploads for promotions, markdown product and retail price changes.
- Develop/Review/Submit/Communicate changes to Pricing and Promotions -Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly activity.
- Review pricing & promotions issues, adjust, and communicate in a timely manner to key stakeholders.
- Create efficiencies in processes to drive the business forward.
- Partners with Store Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, MPI, DC Logistics and others to ensure pricing parity and good customer experience across all shopping channels.
- Prepare and present hindsight analytics to leadership that helps inform present and future actions.
- Ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned and needed.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS : 4-Year Business Degree Planning and Retail Experience 2+ years' experience in related field
Technical/Other Skills Required:
- Tableau
- Excel
- Business objects experience
