In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping others. You will handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about products and services in a friendly and professional manner. Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Qualifications Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with call center software and CRM systems is preferred.
