About the role: A Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern will support the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates for technology roles. The role will involve working on real-time tech hiring requirements, coordinating interviews, candidate communication, maintaining recruitment trackers, and supporting hiring drives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for roles through LinkedIn, Naukri and other platforms.
- Identify relevant profiles based on technical requirements and job descriptions.
- Conduct initial candidate communication and HR screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports.
- Support job postings, offer documentation and candidate follow-ups.
- Work closely with recruiters and stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring.
- Assist with employer branding and other TA initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Ability to understand basic technical job requirements.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri and other sourcing platforms will be an advantage.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
