Here’s what you’ll be doing :
- Process warranty claims
- Verify criteria required by factory or distributor
- Post credits on computer
- Track parts by tagging
- Arrange for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor, or to be scrapped
- Follow up with the factory and distributors regarding unpaid claims
- Maintain professional relationship with Internal technician and sales department to help get all internal cars through the shop
- Communicate and get approval on all repairs needed
- Other duties as assigned
Here’s what you’ll need :
- 2 years of experience as warranty clerk or similar experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong trouble-shooting skills and demonstrated trustworthiness
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Advanced computer skills
