We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused **Network Support Engineer** to provide technical support to clients and resolve IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, and software-related issues. The role involves engaging with clients to understand technical challenges, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, implementing effective solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities may also include installing and configuring software applications, supporting Dell hardware systems, and providing technical guidance and training to clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, Dell hardware, and networking technologies, along with excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be proactive, service-oriented, and able to resolve technical issues efficiently while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
