Position Summary The Commercial Front Load Driver safely operates a front load garbage truck on designated commercial routes throughout the service area. Drivers are responsible for servicing customer containers, conducting vehicle inspections, and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong commitment to safety. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Operate a Commercial Front Load truck in a safe and efficient manner.

- Service commercial waste containers according to route schedules.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate route and disposal records.
- Ensure all assigned containers are emptied safely and completely.
- Follow all DOT, OSHA, company, and local safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers.
- Report vehicle maintenance issues, accidents, or safety concerns immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicle and equipment.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid Class A or Class B CDL with air brake endorsement.
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL with air brake endorsement.
- Clean driving record and ability to meet company insurability requirements.
- At least 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred.
- Previous waste industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
